– The price is room per night

– Includes tourist tax

– Credit card not accepted

– The entrance is from 2pm until approximately 9pm

– The departure is maximum at 12h

– Bridge days: minimum two nights

– Less than 3 years do not pay accommodation

– Pets are allowed (the rate will be € 5 / day) (see conditions)

• • When booking you must specify if you come with a pet
  • A pet is allowed in the house. That means that if another guest has booked before, another pet from another guest is not allowed (we want to avoid problems among other pets and inconvenience)
  • Pet policy will be very strict:
  • They cannot be left alone in the room, they cannot go to the common areas, they cannot bathe in the showers or dry them with the house towels
  • They should take all vaccines and parasites daily
  • They must be tied when entering and leaving the house
  • We understand that the owners will be respectful of the place where they are staying and with the other guests and will act accordingly

– Reservation policy:

• • A 30% deposit will be requested to make the reservation effective
  • In case of not coming or cancellation on the same day, we reserve the right of non-return of said deposit as damage
  • If a cancellation is made 15 days in advance, 50% will be refunded

– House conditions:

• • Smoking is not allowed throughout the house
  •  Although there is a kitchen in the common area, cooking is not allowed
  •  There is a fridge where you can store everyone
  •  There is also a microwave and a kettle available to guests in case they are needed
